Tweak First Aid Training Cancellation Policy
We aim to run ALL First Aid courses as advertised and pride ourselves of providing a reliable and consistent service to our customers. If you choose to update your skills with Tweak First Aid Training you can be assured that your training will be delivered to the highest standard and that your patronage will be sincerely appreciated.
REFUNDS | Tweak First Aid Training does not issue refunds so please select your training carefully. If you would like to move your training to an upcoming date please contact us and one our friendly team will help you with your booking.
RE-BOOKING | Have you booked a training that no longer suits your schedule? Let us help you move your training to an upcoming date. Re-Booking more than 7 prior to your scheduled training date does not incur a fee. Multiple re-bookings or re-booking with in 7 days of the upcoming training will incur a fee of $25 + GST which must be paid in full prior to re-booking a future course.
CANCELLATION | Cancellation on training day will incur a $50 + GST fee which will have to paid in full prior to re-booking a future course.
NO SHOW / NO CONTACT | If you fail to come along to the course you had previously enrolled in and fail to contact us prior, your training fees will be lost and your will have to re-book a future course at full price.
